Hi Agile,
If this is a new design, I might recommend considering the ADuM5020 or ADuM5028. These devices will have better insulation ratings, provide the same power, and will have lower emissions.
The connections in the ADuM5000 diagram above look ok, but the passives are not shown. It will be important to add the passives, and follow the recommended layout in Figure 14 of the ADuM5000 datasheet.

what about RCOUT ?

Sorry missed that. RCOUT is an output signal. Leave that pin floating since you're not making use of it.
There are bypass capacitors on the VDD1 and VISO pins are important for operation. They're not shown in your figure above, but they important for the operation of the ADuM5000.
