May I ask for clarification on some of the test conditions:

1) When using the 4 ADuM3190 parts, are you using the same PCB and replacing the part, or are there four separate PCBs?

2) In the first figure, is there an oscilloscope capture of the "external voltage" and output of the ADuM3190 when it goes unstable?

This feels like a loading issue on the REFout pin. What happens if the 10 pcs of 30kΩ resistors are removed?

-I am using 4 ADUM3190 on the same board with 4 isolated power supplies.

-I will try to make you a scope capture.
What happens if the 10 30kΩ resistors are removed?
same because on the other 3 there are not the 10 resistors 30kohm
