We have been using this isolator for a long time in our circuits to isolate the controller. Everything was working fine until recently, but batches #2215 and #2221 have a problem, namely no output voltage(Viso) when input voltage(Vdd1) is present. Could you please provide information whether this is a manufacturing defect or we were supplied with fake chips? or maybe you have change inside isolator? Thanks.
