Hi,
From the following statement in ADM232L data sheet, it seems that the use of polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors for flying capacitors is allowed.
However, many charge pump circuits do not recommend the use of polarized capacitors such as tantalum or aluminum for flying capacitors.
Is is no problem to use polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the flying capacitors of the ADM232L?
One more question, what is the frequency of the internal oscillator in the ADM232L charge pump circuit?
