This component LTC2877HDD#PBF vorks with 3V to 5 V, does it have same performances at receive and transmit data at 3V and 5V ? (transmission signal strength ?)

Hi Bruno,
There are certain specifications in the EC table that will vary given the supply voltage. If there are such dependencies, the Conditions column will have more clarity. For example, the differential output driver voltage will depend on the VCC supply and this is shown below:
If there is no differentiation specified in the Condtiions column, then they should be valid for both VCC = +3.3V or +5V.
