thanks for your reply. As you might know, we need evidences on how these values are considered. For IEC61508 safety application we need to show to Notify body explanation and procedure on how the data inside the table are calculated. Do you have a specific reports with more details on how you tested the samples?

So far I have only following answer from Reliability team: " FITS calculations are standard across the industry – and we do/calculate it using the HTOL tests done on the process (thus the link shared)."

As I assume, maybe you are looking for different inputs.

I am going to ask our person involved in safety application to see, what we will be able to provide.
