ADUM4135: Fault reporting issue

Question

Hi, I've noticed one weird problem. When desat events happens the Fault pin goes 2.5V instead of going to zero. What could be the cause of this problems? The schematic of my driver is as below:

Hello Alex, I can't see any issue in the schematic you shared. The ADuM4135 pull-down FET resistance is 11Ohm, so the line should go near 0V with a 10k pull-up during a fault event. I would recommend to debug the issue at board level, starting by disconnecting everything from pin 5 other than the 10k pull-up, in order to isolate the issue. thank you, Luca
