I've noticed one weird problem. When desat events happens the Fault pin goes 2.5V instead of going to zero. What could be the cause of this problems?

Hello Alex,
I can't see any issue in the schematic you shared.
The ADuM4135 pull-down FET resistance is 11Ohm, so the line should go near 0V with a 10k pull-up during a fault event.
I would recommend to debug the issue at board level, starting by disconnecting everything from pin 5 other than the 10k pull-up, in order to isolate the issue.
