The separation of planes is more a PCB layout software question. The LTM2881's GND and GND2 pins would be typically be assigned to different nets which would then become the galvanically separated copper planes in the PCB schematic creation and layout processes.
The DC1746A User Manual does provide an example of PCB layout for the evaluation board.
