If ADUM3165 used full-speed, external clock is required?

Hi, 
 
 If ADUM3165 used full-speed, external clock is required? 
 I think if ADUM3165 used full-speed, external clock is not required. 
 Because datasheet written "CLOCK OPTION" and "to support high speed data recovery and retiming".

The ADuM3165 requires either an external crystal or choosing the option to use an external clock, even for operating at full speed, as this is used for internal synchronization of the isolator. 
 Only high-speed data is actually retimed; full and low speed data pass through the isolator without retiming. 
 Other options for full speed USB isolation that do not require an external clock include: 
 
 ADuM3160/ADuM4160 for 2.5 kV/5 kV isolation at low *or* full speed 
 LTM2884 if an integrated 2.5W output isolated DC-DC is required, auto low/full speed 
 LTM2894 for 7.5 kVrms with 1414 Vpk working voltage, 17.4 mm Creepage/Clearance, auto low/full speed
