ADuM5411
Production
The ADuM5410/ADuM5411/ADuM5412 are quad-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, integrated, isolated dc-to-dc
converters. Based on the Analog Devices...

I use the ADUM5411 for isolate 3.3V and 5V logic.
so I designed circuit as following :
I konw that the VDD1 is a voltage Input pin, but VDD1 is measured 4V.
3V3_MAIN is my board's main power, but it's voltage go up to 4V cause VDD1.
I know that VDD! is indpendent of VDDP as datasheet :

I don't know what's the problem??
I want to know if tthere is a any problem on my curcuit?
I do not know about 4V reason but I want to say that using of BLM (L28) in GND is bad idea. I did so earlier...
thanks, L28 had been shorted on real board. but the 4V out voltage from VDD1 is still occurring :-(
I think you can try to disconnect pin 11 (VDDP) to define that reason of 4V is this pin. Maybe there is another reason?
I find my mistake in my schematic.
VE1 is Side 1 logic circuit as following diagram. (VDD1, GND1, VIA, VIB, VIC, VOD, VE1)

VE1 should be connected to VDD1.
Thank you for your interest and response.
