    I am considering the ADuM6000.
    

    I have a question about ΘJa.
    

    

    This IC has two types of packages, 16-SOIC_IC and 16-SOIC_W.
    

    The two packages are different, but only one ΘJa listed in Table 5 is 45 °C/W.
    

    Are both packages ΘJa = 45 °C/W ?
