I'm using two LTC4310's in an identical configuration to that shown in the datasheet example but I'm not getting reliable comms across the system( the device fails to acknowledge at all). As voltage limits look correct on the digital sending and receiving side I am left thinking that the system I am using is communicating at 100kHz not 400 kHz ( which is the version of the part I am using) . My assumption was that the higher speed part could be used on a lower speed network. Is this assumption correct or is this the basis of the error? Does the 400kHz part work on a 100kHz network.
