The SM712 TVS is a good option,
For the TBU we would typically recommend TBU-CA065-200-WH rather than TBU-CA065-100-WH. Both should work well , though the 200 series has slightly lower DC resistance, which is better for maintaining strong differential voltage on the bus for maximum noise margin,
What levels of ESD, EFT and surge are you trying to meet with the end system design?
The ADM2795E is an alternative isolated RS-485 which integrates Level 4 protection for ESD, EFT and surge with no external components needed. It can be powered with a small form factor isolated DCDC converter like the ADuM5028 (see Figure 53)
