ADuM241E truth table

Hi 
 I am FAE in Japanese distributor. 
 Our customer is checking about ADuM241E1BRWZ. 
 Table 20 of the datasheet shows Vox =H(Fail-safe condition) at Vix=L, Vex=H or NC, VDDi=Unpowered and VDDo=Powered conditions. 
 Is Vox H(Fail-safe condition) at Vix= H , Vex=H or NC, VDDi=Unpowered and VDDo=Powered conditions?

Hi Kokubo-san, 
 The ADuM241E1BRWZ has ESD diodes between the input pins and VDDi rails. If the input was high while the input side VDDi pin unpowered, the high signal from the input would backfeed to the VDDi rail. This would violate the Abs Max table which limits the voltage to VDDi + 0.5V.
