    The ADuM141 is an OOK architecture, which means the signal is level encoded. To miss entire bits at 1MHz, my first suggestions would be to verify the VDD1 and VDD2 power supplies are at the expected level when a missing bit is observed. I suggest check the state of the DISABLE pins as well. This pin will turn off the transmitters.
