Hello, we are using UCC21225 in our project.
We want to replace this with the ADuM7223 series.
Both drivers are almost pin compatible. Except for pin 4 and pin 6.
From the ADuM7223 data sheet, I realized that the pins are not internally connected.
Can you confirm this?
What aspects need to be considered when replacing.
We use the ADuM7223 as the half-bridge driver. Vdd1 = 3v3, Vdda and Vddb = 15V.
