Part to Part Propagation Delay Skew of ADuM4138

Question

Hi 
 We would like to "hard paralleling" two SiC Modules, so the part-to-part delay skew is very important. Unfortunately, we didn't find the maximum time in the datasheet. Please specify the Propagation Delay Skew.

 Sorry for the slow response. I have talked to the test engineer and we reran numbers. The maximum skew of 25 ns can be used. This assumes a VDD2 = 16 V, and the two parts being compared are at a similar temperature. This skew compares rising/rising, falling/falling, rising/falling, and falling rising between channels operating at the same voltage and die temperature.
