Analog input to RS232 Output

Hello, 
 
 I'm looking to convert two analog (0-10v) signals to a single RS232 output. 
 
 Any advice or product recommendations would be appreciated.

Hello, 
 which analog signal range in your 0-10V should be taken as 'Low' and which voltages taken as 'High'? 
 What is the boolean combination of your two input signals to end up with a digital output in RS-232 signal? 
 What is the purpose of this circuitry?)
