ADuM1441 Behaviour

Question

Hi 
 I'm using ADuM1441 in my design. Out of many boards manufactured only in one board when input logic is zero output logic goes to high only on some power On. Very often this happens in some power ON. What is the reason for this unknown behaviour. Can someone help me to understand this.
