Table 12 in the ADuM14xE datasheet provides the θJA for the QSOP packages. Is this sufficient? 

The θJC isn't provided to discourage attaching anything to the isolator's package. Good thermal conductors are typically good electrical conductors, and applications will want to avoid shorting the galvanic separation the isolators provide.

I will try to explain to my customer what you wrote here but if they still want Rjc, is it possible to show us the value?

For example, the same package device which has Rjc specification can maybe show us the value.

(Couldn't find RQ-16 package device which has Rjc spec...)
