My customer has the following two questions about ADUM1245 micro power isolator,
1. In the SOIC-8 package, ADUM1245 only works in standard operating mode, is this correct?
2. In the low-power operating mode, we need to send the dummy data once every startup, for solve DC correctness guarantee problem. So between every power on/off, we only need to send it once, right?
Please Kindly help us clarify those issues, thanks a lot for your support.
Hope this helps,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
1. Got it.
2. One more question, If ADUM1245 has be synchronized, we don't need to do any synchronization action until turn off power. is this correct?
When In the low power operating mode, DC correctness is not guaranteed at startup - you'll have to ensure a transition occurs on the input channel, when the power is stable on each side, to match with the output channel. This will have to be done at each startup. Once this happens, the channel input and output states should match.
Okay, I understand. This is very helpful to me. Thanks very much for your support.
