The standards listed above are stringent system level specifications which typically require external protection components. What levels of immunity are you trying to achieve for each of these standards?
The EMC performance of the device depends on where the system is connected to earth. In cases where GND1 is connected to earth, the isolation barrier affords some EMC immunity.
In the case where the GND2 is connected to earth, the EMC immunity is defined by the internal protection of the transceiver. The ADM2587E itself does not feature internal protection to the IEC 61000-4-2, -4 or -5 standards. To achieve levels of protection to these standards, external devices would be needed. The CN-0313 circuit note details three protection schemes which can be used to achieve various levels of ESD (IEC 61000-4-2) , EFT (IEC 61000-4-5) and surge (IEC 61000-4-5) protection. These circuits are compatible for use with the ADM2587E.
Alternatively, the ADM2795E is an EMC robust isolated RS-485 transceiver with the highest quoted level of protection to the four standards you have listed above. This is specifically designed for operation in noisy environments without the need for external protection components. The A and B pins of the ADM2795E are also fault tolerant to voltage up to 42V. See Table 7 in the ADM2795E datasheet for more details:
If an isolated power supply is needed to supply the VDD2 side of the ADM2795E, the ADuM5020 or ADuM5028 devices are suitable. More details can be found in the "EMC Compliant and Fault Protected Signal and Power Isolated RS-485 Node" section of the ADM2795E datasheet.
