Thermal resistance θjb for LTC2862A

Hi,

I would like to know thermal resistance of junction to the bottom (θjb) for LTC2862A

The above data is not available in Datasheet, We only find θja & θjc

Data will be helpful for thermal analysis. Appreciate your assist in advance.

Thanks for your query,

Unfortunately there is no measured θjb data available for the LTC2862A, only θja and θjc.

Based on the θjb vs θja/θjc of other parts in SOIC-8 package…

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your query,

Unfortunately there is no measured θjb data available for the LTC2862A, only θja and θjc.

Based on the θjb vs θja/θjc of other parts in SOIC-8 package, I'd estimate θjb to be between 50C/W and 69C/W
