ADM3251E slew rate on 5V condition

Hi,

Basic on Datasheet Page3 Vcc=5V condition.

The slew rate is 5.5V/us~30V/us but the test condition is 3.3V.

Is it a typo or else?

What is the right slew rate on Vcc=5V defined?

    Hi Snow,

    Slew rate will not depend on Vcc condition, it depends on Viso. This specification is by design and characterization, so I would assume it has been confirmed with separate power supplies (i.e. Vcc = 3.3V to disable iso DC-DC, then separate 5V supply applied on Viso). But Vcc = 5V will be the same condition for the slew rate (Viso will be 5V). See Figure 11 for typical performance and slew rate.
