I am using adum3151 to isolate AC power monitor chip from the microcontroller. When one of my digital pins is being connected to either ~MSS (pin 6), VIA (pin 7) and VIB (pin 8), my digital high signal is being pulled LOW. May I know the reason behind this?
On the ADuM3151, pin 6, 7,8 are all high impedance inputs. There should be no contention issue caused by those pins. Can you share the schematics? Or is there any other device on those signal…

There is nothing else connected, I am getting my clock and mosi signals out on the other side. I am not able to get VIA on the other side. Is there any specific process to us the low speed data channels?
There is no special procedure to start up the low speed channels. Once the device is powered, the low speed channels are ready to transmit. If you have the high speed data channels transmitting data across the device, it sounds like it is properly powered. The low speed channels should be operational. Check the signals are routed as expected. Maybe probe the VIA pin and double check the signal is getting there as expected.
