 Datasheet shows ESD Protection over &plusmn;10kV 
 Which model is the test result? 
 MIL-STD 883 method 3015（Co = 100pF、Rx = 1.5kohm）　or　IEC 61000-4-2（Co = 150pF、Rx = 330 ohms）

This refers to Human Body Model waveform 100 pF/ 1500 ohm. See the pin descriptions on page 5 in the data sheet. 
 "The driver outputs are protected against ESD to &plusmn;10kV for human body model discharges."
