Please tell us about the specs of ADuM4122 → High-side to low-side differential voltage

Hi, I would like to use ADuM4122. 
 So, I have a question. Please help me. 
 
 Question: 
 I am considering dual gate drivers. 
 An important parameter for selection is &ldquo;High-side to low-side differential voltage&rdquo;. 
 In the same category products ADuM7234 and ADuM4223, It is described in the data sheet. 
 
 The above specifications were not written in the data sheet in ADuM4122, so please tell me.

Hello Naohisa, 
 Both the ADuM7234 and ADuM4223 have two isolated output regions. These regions are VDDA/VOA/GNDA and VDDB/VOB/GNDB. The isolated output regions are separated from the primary side with polyimide. The two isolation regions are spaced away from each other, and allowed to move relative to each other. The high-side to low-side differential numbers refer to the allowed voltage difference between the two output regions. The working voltage , Viorm, (from primary to secondary side) of the ADuM4223 is 8 49 V peak as specified by VDE V 0884-10. 
 The ADuM4122 only has one isolated output region. As such, there isn't a defined differential between two output regions. The ADuM4122 has a working voltage, Viorm, of 849 V peak as specified by VDE V 0884-10. 
 The ADuM4122 output pins are meant to be used on the same device gate. The user can select if one or two output pins is active, thereby changing the effective drive strength of the driver on a cycle to cycle basis. The two outputs are referenced to the same ground (GND2). To use the ADuM4122 in a half-bridge setup, you would need two ADuM4122 IC's.
