Hi all,
I would need a two channel isolator with just one side supplied ( Iso power, I guess) to isolate an UART.
I don't require to power anything, just to supply from one side.
My first idea was to use ADuM5241, because it has ervrything I need in a SOIC-8 (space is also important).
However, after reading bkennedy i got to the conclusion that the 5241 is an old design with too much power consumption (>80mA !)
and i guess that a part of this excess power just gonna generate EMC emissions.
A suggested replacement is the ADuM5201. Is there any other alternative with an smaller package ?
