I'm would like to adapt the ADG5412F to my 8 input analog board which is hooked up to
10k thermistor through 3 feet wire each of those.
The running environment will be an AC package unit. Lot of EMI comes from Compressor
Fan motors and contactors.
I think this chip has the enough protection but I do know how to use it because my MCU's adc
works with only 3.3 v coming fro 5 volt power supply.

Unfortunately the ADG5412F requires at least an 8V single supply or a +/-5 V dual supply for proper operation.
Do you have any higher supply voltage available?
What voltage level are you trying to protect against?
I'm taking power from Package unit's 24 AC transformer and through a lineal power supply down to +5V then at system level to +3.3V.
The thermistors are hooked up to to edge terminal board and from there to a analog MUX. which work at +3.3 V So I would need to protect
those multiplexer inputs from ESD , EMI ans surges.
Of course the analog MUX has its own ESD protection diodes but I understand that this is not enough..
Regarding the multiplexer I would add a little bit more voltage, let say 5 V ( I'm using PSoC 5LP as MCU which include the MUX), but I don't know if it would help.
Also I might add and additional 8 to 12 v linear regulator to the above mentioned power supply.....!

8 V would be sufficient for the ADG5412F to operate, just to note thought that it is not fully specified at 8 V.
