Hello. The best way to return functionality is to wipe the EEPROM using the bootloader.

I wipe the EEPROM by using the bootloader, and I can connect the board through the WEB UI. When I connect this board to the Cisco TSN switch, it can time synced well. Does this mean that this board is working properly?
Yes this means that 802.1 AS is working correctly.
