ADUM 5402 VISO settling time and failure behaviour

Hello;

In ADUM 5402, What is the settling time of VISO even after VDD1 input source applied?

Also before VISO genereted what will be the primary signal output's (VOC, VOD) state High, LOW or Hİ-Z?

And also if the VISO failed (no secondary output voltage source) what will be primary signal output's (VOC, VOD) state High, LOW or Hİ-Z?

    The ADuM5402 datasheet shows the startup voltage for the VISO after the VDD1 voltage has come up, in figure 19 for VISO = 5V it settles in less than 2msec, depending on load. For VISO = 3.3V in figure the settling time is about 1.5msec.

    Before VISO is generated the primary signal outputs of VOC, VOD should be in the default output state of Low.

    If VISO failed (no secondary output voltage) the primary signal outputs of VOC, VOD should be in the default output state of Low.
