We've been using the ADuM1200AR and 1201AR for a while now. They often produce a small glitch when the output side is already powered up and the input side power is ramping up or down.
I noticed the ADuM1280/1281 should be drop in replacements but they also specify an under voltage lockout threshold. Will this UVLO guarantee no glitches on power up/down if the output side is already powered up? Or does it only protect the outputs on the side that is powering up?
You could try ADuM120N or ADuM121N. The power up glitch is resolved in design level.
For ADuM128x, we did not see this glitch on bench evaluation, if you really want it, we can double confirm with designer. please send mail to me via firstname.lastname@example.org if you want me to do it.
