Hi !
I already asked ADuM14x Power supply at past.
Can you give us same kind of power supply formulas for ADuM12xN?
We want to know this because one of our customer is thinking to change ADuM321x to ADuM12xN.
Best regards
Kawa

Hi Kawa:
Let me check it with designer and get back to you later

Hi Chris-san
Thank you for your reply and support.
I got it.
Thank you

Hi Kawa:
For ADuM120N:
IDD1 = IDD1(Q) + (2.8mA * D_A + 0.01mA/Mbps * F_A) + (2.8mA * D_B + 0.01mA/Mbps * F_B)
IDD2 = IDD2(Q) + (0.02mA/Mbps * F_A)+ (0.02mA/Mbps * F_B)
For ADuM121N:
IDD1 = IDD1(Q) + (2.8mA * D_B + 0.01mA/Mbps * F_B) +(0.02mA/Mbps * F_A)+
IDD2 = IDD2(Q) + (0.02mA/Mbps * F_B)+ (3.4mA * D_A + 0.01mA/Mbps * F_A)
The formula is similar with ADuM14x because they are using the same coil architecture. the difference is number of channels and directions.

Chris
