Please see attached picture of ADuM240D waveforms as C1(yellow):input and C2(blue):output. It seems that the duty cycle is changed and the high level is also changed from 3.4V to 3.2V. Its frequency is 50kHz and ADuM240D must be available between DC to 150Mbps. Could you please give me any information to improve?

Thank you very much for your support. It have been improved by shorting DISABLE pi to GND1 pin. The customer would like to know why it have been done and the inside equivalent schematic around DISABLE pin. Could you please let us know?

I have an additional question about ADuM240D.
The customer doesn't use Input C and Input D. When these pins are pulled up, the case temperature rise up to 120degC. On the other hand, when pulled down, it is 25degC.
Could you please let me know the reason of the temperature issue ?

One possible reason is that customer is using ADuM240D1. with this part, the internal oscillator circuit works when input is logic low. this will increase the power consumption, especially C and D channel are always low.
