Hello, as I read in the Demo Manual from DC2617, there is the option to convert the isoSPI to either SPI or CAN. In the case of CAN, shouldn't be there a dbc file, in order to be able to read the bus in Canoe?
The Arduino would be responsible for CAN message translation.

DC2671A simply converts the physical layer from CAN to isoSPI. Microchip might be able to provide a DBC file - that's the CAN controller on the board.
