We order ADuM1300 parts from different sellers and their packages are not always the same (see the images).
The problem is, our ADuM1300 chips sometimes might malfunction (the last time it happened one of the channels stoped working, while two others were fine; they were all passing digital signals 3.3V max). We would like to know whether it's happening because of the issues on our side our maybe some parts we were using not genuine.
Can you confirm that you produce the SOIC packages that look like those on the images above or perhaps only on of them genuine and the other one is fake?
