Hi,
We are manufacturer of Access control systems. We use ADM3072E interface chip on our controllers.
there are 2 chips from 2 different suppliers in the picture below. We had no problem when we were using the 1st chip.
From last 6 months our purchase department started buying the chip in 2nd picture from a different supplier and more than 70% of these are failing.
Even though both have same part# written on them. Can you pls confirm if there is any difference between the two.
