Question
In my design, I need to use a ADUM3210TRZ. This component has an operating
temperature range between -40°C to 125°C. Please, could you tell me if a
version of the ADUM3210 with a extended temperature range exist? The need is
for an aero application with a range temperature between -55°C to 125°C.
Actually, we use the ADUM3210TRZ, so we need a component with the same
electrical characteristic to replace it.
Answer
The only isolator we currently offer for -55C is the ADuM1200-EP. We have the
ADuM3210TRZ-EP which is going through the EP process but the earliest release
date could be Q3 2014.
