EV-RPG2-ENZ

Question

How do I get an XML device description file for the EV-RPG2-ENZ for import in a platform like codesys? 
 Is there any tool to create such a file?

 Can you please let me know what protocol you are going to implement? 
 There is not currently a tool to create these from scratch. User's have to do it manually right now. 
 But if you can tell me which protocol you are interested in I can at least point you in the right direction.
