The Software GUI is for use with the Analog Devices MDIO interface dongle which is included in the evaluation kit. Each evaluation kit includes 2 x ADIN1300 evaluation boards and 2 x MDIO interface dongles.

The MDIO Interface dongle has an ADuCM3029 microcontroller and FT232RQ for UART to USB data transfer. Simply install the FTDI drivers and the Ethernet PHY software, connect a USB-micro cable to the MDIO interface dongle, power the ADIN1300 evaluation board from +5 V and launch the software GUI to get started on your Ethernet PHY exploration journey! Don't forget to connect your Ethernet Cable!

ADIN1300/ADIN1200 Robust Industrial Ethernet PHYs

This video introduces Analog Devices' ADIN1300 and ADIN1200 Ethernet transceivers for Industrial Ethernet applications.
