Access PHY_ADDR by MDIO

Question

Hi 
 I want to read the value of PHYAD[3_0] set through bootstrap through the MDIO interface. 
 And also overwrite said address. I can't find the register to do it.

Hi, 
 The PHY address cannot be read from the PHY or overwritten via MDIO. The Address is set by the hardware strapping, and the device cannot be communicated with unless the device address is know as this is required in both the Clause 22 and Clause 45 frame formats.
