Enable MDIO Clause 45 operations for ADIN6310

Hi ADI,

We are trying to use an ADIN6310 (EVAL-ADIN6310) together with Marvell 88Q2221 Automotive Ethernet PHY that only supports Clause 45 commands for MDIO access.

From the documentation it only follows that using concatenated device and register address in SES_ReadPhyReg() ADIN6310 enables C45 register space access using four C22 operations, which we observe on the EVAL-ADIN6310.

Is it possible to enable Clause 45 commands to manage Marvell 88Q222X PHYs?
