When 802.1AS is selected in the ADIN6310 Time Synchronization section of the web GUI, an error occurs and the page fails to load. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please try using a different domain number than the one assigned to the previous instance?
The same domain number cannot be used for multiple PTP instances. In the evaluation application webpage, the domain number will automatically increment if additional instances are already running.
