Hello, 
 The fido5100/5200 series is a 10/100 Mbps part that supports Ethernet along with many major Industrial Ethernet protocols. 
 The interface from a host processor to the switch however is a 16/32 bit parallel interface. This is different from your desire for an MII interface. There may be other options but I would like to understand what you need as far as this part is concerened. 
 Can you give me any more details about your end application?
