This is super easy; a "gift" for the Eastern holidays....

A#B = First Digits are A*B – Next Digits are A+B – Last Digits are A-B

 Thus the answer for 18#4 is 722214.

722214 x#y=x*y x+y x-y

18 # 4 = 722214

18*4,18+4,18-4 = 72,22,14 = 722214

The pattern goes like this first 18*4 then 18+4 then 18-4.

So it will be (18*4 18+4 18-4 ) and 722214.

This new operator multiplies, then adds and then substracts the two numbers, putting the 3 results as a string of numbers in that order....

 I got this one, no doubt!  The answer is 722214.

 The operation is to multiple the numbers, then add the numbers, then subtract the numbers and concatenate the answers together.

the operation # for numbers x and y is the concotination of the following three operations (x*y) (x+y) and (difference of x and y)
