    Solution: PFD = XTAL/R = 12 MHz/32 = 0.375 MHz, FOUT = PFD*N = 0.375 MHz (4096) = 1,536 MHz

    2. R = 60, N = 7680

    Solution: R = XTAL/PFD = 12 MHz/0.2 MHz = 60, N = FOUT/PFD = 1,536 MHz/0.2 MHz = 7680
