  • Eventhough the 2 or 3 first quizzes in EZ were to test the format, it makes still sense to publish the official and detailed correct answer (being 144): 

    • The elements of the second row is obtained by multiplying each digit of the 2 above adjacent numbers:

    162 = 2*9*1*3*3              216 = 1*3*3*8*3              144 = 8*3*6*1

    • Same for the last number of the third row : 192 = 2*1*6*1*4*4
    • By applying the same process for the unknown element : x = 1*6*2*2*1*6 = 144

    One can verify the principle by checking the value of the last row : 288 = 1*4*4*1*9*2
