    Yes, I agree one needs to have good eyes to see the abnomalies... 

    There are 3 sockets with anomalies: one has a broken cord, one has no cord at all and one has a missing pin.

    By making the connections as indicated by the arrows, one can see a maximum of 8 chargers can be powered and operate simultaneously...
