TI have this “Ask a related question” widget wherein customer can post a new thread related to a certain thread. I was wondering if we can apply the same widget and somehow use this as a data point to organize the related threads more accurately? I don’t know how the Related sections is being organized today but I was thinking that it is being organized as more related to key words in which some of the cases they are not really related. I remember there is an option to split a thread to form a new question but it is not as visible as a popping button. This could also improved how customer/member is replying to an old thread to post a related question wherein Apps Engineers tend to missed it.
